Shipping & Returns

We ship domestically throughout the entire United States via USPS Ground Advantage. All orders ship for free!

We gladly accept returns on any unopened bottles with the tamper-proof seal still in tact. No refunds will be given on opened bottles or ripped seals. Returns must be shipped back to us within a a 7 day calendar window, and the 7 day calendar window is calculated from the time of original delivery to the time of the return package's postmarked date. We ask that you place a copy of your original packing slip in the box. Please use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground when returning packages. Our company's return address is listed on your packing slip.

Your entire order amount for your original order will be refunded when returning full orders, but any shipping costs for returning orders will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive any broken bottles, please contact us immediately through the contact link on our website.

You may return both full or partial orders. If you are returning a partial order from our BUY 2, GET 1 FREE promotion, you will be refunded on the dollar amount of the item compared to the dollar amount of the entire order. For example, if you spent $99.98 and received three bottles of American Essiac Tea, you will receive a $34 refund for returning one bottle, and a $67 refund for returning two bottles.
